To get started, please fill out the New Customer Application form completely. Kindly make sure to include your State Tax Number, Federal Tax Number, or VAT Number where requested.
Along with the form, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents:
- A copy of your ID
- Your Corporate Certificate
- A recent Utility Bill
Once we receive everything, we’ll be happy to move forward with setting up your account.

Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we will coordinate with our trusted shipping agent to determine the most accurate and competitive costs for you before finalizing the shipment.
Free local delivery service (limitation may be applied)
All orders are pre-paid before the shipment.
Once the Proforma Invoice is provided, we kindly request a 60% deposit to begin processing your order. After your order is fully completed and ready for shipment, we will collect the remaining 40% balance prior to shipping.
Orders can be paid via Bank Wire Transfer
All sales are final, we do not offer refund of funds but we fully offer company credit for any purchase
